Our story began in Rochester, NY, in 1989, with Bonnie Lavorato hand-bottlingn her signature BBQ sauce in her home kitchen. What started as "Bonnie's Gourmet Chick-n-Ribs" quickly evolved. Driven by unwavering demand, we transitioned from local success to a thriving production facility, becoming Private Label Foods of Rochester in 1991. Restaurants and grocery chains recognized the consistent quality that set us apart, fueling our growth. As an SQF-certified food manufacturer, we adhere to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Through strategic expansions, including a move to the former Ragu facility in 1998, we've embraced innovation and high-speed production while staying true to our roots. Our commitment to quality adn community has allowed us to create jobs and satisfy a growing appetite for both our signature products and private label partnerships. Today, operating from a 125,000 square foot facility, we continue to craft exceptional sauces and dressings, carrying our rich history into a flavorful future.
